From a Hong Kong apartment to 50+ countries.
The Origin
It started with a simple frustration: why did pleasure products feel so clinical, so cold, so designed for someone else? Nancy was born in a small Hong Kong apartment in 2023, conceived by a team who believed things could — and should — be different.
We wanted colour. We wanted joy. We wanted products that felt like they belonged in your life, not hidden away from it. So we built the characters, developed the palette, and launched with one small collection that somehow captured something bigger than we expected.
The response was immediate. TikTok took notice. Then the rest of the world followed. Within weeks, Nancy had reached customers across Asia, Europe, and North America — not because of a big ad budget, but because people recognised something real in what we were building.
The Mission
Our mission has never changed: make pleasure joyful, accessible, and completely shame-free. We believe that how you feel about your body matters. We believe that good design can change the conversation. And we believe that a product can be both beautiful and functional without compromise.
Every decision we make — from the materials we source to the characters we create to the communities we build — comes back to that original belief. Pleasure is for everyone. Full stop.
